School Holiday Activities

Membership is required for all activities by individuals at HYMB.
2008 Membership for 9 - 18 year olds costs £5 and lasts until 31 December 2008.

There are 3 types of activity you can take part in during the holidays:
One-Off sessions (which do not lead to an award, but are suitable for all abilities)
Courses - which will lead to an award
Day trips - offsite trips to widen the experience of people with some skills

One off Sessions

These can be booked on a half-day or whole-day basis. If staying for the whole-day a packed lunch must be provided together with enough changes of warm clothing & shoes. (During the summer please remember sun cream and cover ups.)
HYMB will provide general supervision over the lunch break providing the young people stay on site. No permission will be given by HYMB staff for the young people to leave the site for any reason.

Cost Half Day £ 9.00 Full Day £17.00

These sessions DO NOT lead to any qualifications or awards, but do provide opportunities to practice skills and gain experience towards for awards

NB We reserve the right to vary the programme due to weather conditions. The activities will start promptly. Please ensure you aim to arrive 10 minutes before the stated start time of the activity. It may not be possible for late arrivals to join the activity.
